Basic terms for using monemo.

These V1 terms are intentionally simple. They cover use of the monemo app and the supporting backend services.

Use of the app

You are responsible for the notes, tasks, drawings, and other content you create in monemo.
Do not use monemo to store or transmit illegal, harmful, or infringing content.

Purchases

Paid features, if offered, are purchased through Apple App Store in-app purchase.
Refunds and subscription management are handled according to Apple App Store policies.

Service availability

monemo is provided as-is during V1 launch and internal testing.
We may update, suspend, or change backend services as needed to improve stability and security.

Liability

Keep your own backups of important information.
To the extent allowed by law, monemo is not liable for indirect losses or data loss caused by device, network, or service failures.
